State-of-the-art manufacturing facilities
Our production facilities in Bangladesh, India and the Czech Republic are accredited with all the required certificates, such as SA 8000 and ISO 14001. Our own production facility, Dutch-Bangla Pack Ltd., and our production partners have FSSC 22000 certified cleanrooms for your food clean and pharma safe Big Bags. We also have the experience, knowledge and machinery to produce our own multi-layer Big Bag liners. The features of these clean rooms include epoxy floors, metal tables, air wash systems, atmospheric overpressure rooms, H13 air filters, light tables and metal detection systems. Our specially trained clean room employees work according to the most stringent hygiene requirements.
To meet the highest food clean safety and pharma clean standards required by the market it is important to keep production processes updated. The ultimate goal is to remove every last foreign particle. We do so by using advanced technologies, such as:
